Though I don't know him personally he has written a book or two and was active in Earthsave some years back, and still may be. He is very conscious about food choices and veganism so I'll have to check out his article, if he is the one who wrote it for PCC. I'm not yet fully raw but I'm always raw in the morning till noon!
