Guest guest
Jeff: Thank you!? You do an INCREDIBLE service by scanning the internet for raw foods related articles and bringing them to our attention.? Blessings to you!!!!!! One of the many blessings that I have experienced in my raw foods journey is " learning to tap dance " .? Tap is an activity unlike any other.? In 4 years I went from klutz to beginner to advanced beginner.? I performed twice in a large recital and had a blast.? Granted I was 54 when I started tap classes and 50 when I started exploring raw foods.? In tap one is focused on the rhythm one creates so the exercise (the poise and lightness on one's feet) is (are) a by product. Tonya Kay is the only other raw food tapper I have met.? Her 15 years of tap helped to get her the part in the Stomp show.? Dancers (ballet, tap, jazz, etc.) are people who want to be healthy and want to have more energy and want to look good.? They are a stubborn narrow minded group sometimes but an ideal target for growth in the rawfoods lifestyle.? Imagine if the rawfoods diet became known as the professional athlete diet.... Nice article! Bill Fondly, they called me 'rabbit' and I set out without precedence and without doubt that if there were a way to eat raw vegan on the road while performing the most physically strenuous show of my life, then I would find a way.
