Ooh, no you don't need recipes for Norm's kelp. It's tasty all by its little

ol' self. Never have even thought of using a recipe for kelp when it tastes as

good as his did.

Hi all,

 

John and I harvested some kelp on the west coast last summer and Norm helped

me a bit via email with that. There's an asian woman at work who harvests

the stuff anywhere she can find it! (I don't trust the Puget Sound region

for edible food.) Anyway, she told me to soak and rinse thorougly...so I

did. Then I dehydrated it gently. Now, I have a nice collection of the chewy

stuff and haven't decided what to do with it! I think it would have been

fun to cut it into ribbons before dehydrating, for kelp noodles. Oh well.

Too late. Any other ideas?
