'Raw Spirit Celebration' is Saturday in Palm Desert

Omnivore. Carnivore. Herbivore. Vegetarian. Vegan. Raw foodist.

 

Huh?

 

Yup. If you haven’t heard of it, there’s category of diners who prefer

their foods uncooked.

 

Just because it’s raw doesn’t mean that it’s rabbit food or

unappealing to look at.

 

According to Ren Yogamaya, organizer of this Saturday’s Raw Spirit

Celebration in the Desert, and Chef Kelli Rose, raw foods have more to

offer.
