The large wooden one from Living Foods with the low heat coil at the

bottom. Makes superior dried foods, but takes a little longer. I've

found that food from this tastes better cause, well, I don't know

exactly. I think it has something to do with not having so much

mechanical and electrical stuff. Extra moist stuff works better in

Excalibur as the time it takes in this could allow yuk growth, unless

it's thin. Excellent for dried flowers, etc. It lists at about $345

or so, and I'd take $200. It has a coulple of extras like a sprout

lite. Contact me via eml to find out how to go look at it or buy it.

It's in Seattle and coordination needs to be addressed as it's at a

friends work place. Already set up, so you'd need to transport it

yourself. Cash to the friend will do. kevinthurber

Isn't there a woman who makes similar dehydrators in the Snoqualmie area? They

are free standing type dehydrators that don't use a coil but just a fan to move

the air. You buy the kit and make it yourself. Ring bells with anyone?
