Most dishes at new Northville café served, eaten raw

The Red Pepper Deli's walls and floor are done in vibrant shades of

red, orange, green and yellow. Artful photos of fruits and vegetables

decorate the dining room walls. And the air is filled with wonderful

food aromas.

 

What's cooking in this inviting new café?

 

Almost nothing.
