Guest guest Posted January 3, 2009 Report Share Posted January 3, 2009 Put the thumb and middle finger of your dominant hand together to form a circle. Take your other index finger and try to pull the two fingers apart through the circle. Got an idea of your strength? Now hold a bottle of whatever in your lap and try to pry your fingers apart. If they come apart easily the stuff is not for you, hard it's probably good. Or at least there's something there that might be okay. It's usually done with two people and the person being tested holds an arm straight out from your side. The other person tries to push your arm down to test your rigidity. Then you hold something in your hand and the other person tries to push your arm down. I remember seeing it done the first time with an apple and sugar. You can imagine how weak the person was when holding the sugar. Have even seen it done with color and how different colors can affect you.
