Juicing Notes (WAS: Article: What's the deal with juicing?/The Facts)

Hi Catherine,

The only people for whom a liquid diet is best recommended are those who

physically cannot eat otherwise. In such a case, smoothies are a superior

choice over juicing, precisely because the elements of the original whole

food are largely retained.

It takes between a few days and a few months, depending upon conditions, for

a committed person to heal him/herself from almost anything, when the

process is done well. The problem, I believe, is that you haven't actually

worked with anyone, been someone's teacher/guide/coach from the brink all

the way back to health. That is my impression, am I correct? If so, then

this is a simple case of not knowing what you do not know.

If you are receptive, I offer you a glimpse into what you don't know you

don't know ... an opportunity to bring something forward into the realm of

what you DO know you don't know. That's one way in which significant

unlearning and new learning often begin. How you receive this opportunity is

entirely your choice, of course.

Best regards,

Elchanan

Elchanon,

Yes I do know how to observe it. The people who I spoke of DID change their

ways of eating and lifestyle 'but' not until they were given a death

sentence did they seek the answers. Juicing in serious cases reverses the

situation much quicker for those who dont have time to waste, say for

instance a blocked colon, or cant eat very much.

I never said I was against chewing and fiber LOL
