Guest guest
Hi All, I so value this site for it's helpful announcements and thoughts. One thing I've found is that no matter what our diet, it seems we also need to learn how to communicate with people whose ideals and facts differ from our own. All the people discussing this topic of juicing have an opportunity to share it without speaking in disrespectful, challenging, retaliatory or spiteful words. They -words- are exactly like food. Mind food. Words, like food, cooked or raw, can build or destroy our well being. We - those interested in affecting our world positively - need to take a deep nourishing breathe. There are apologies that would be healing and welcomed from all sides, and we can begin again a Very important topic of how Juicing has helped or in some way not helped us. If this information is shared constructively AND RESPECTFULLY, we could heal this moment with pride. I've noticed that no matter what list we're on, it's too easy for people to fire off their opinion without respect for the destructive ways it can be recieved. Warmest thanks to all who shared, despite the somewhat pulse raising words, I hope you'll all consider becoming 'raw' foodists of words...
