LEESBURG - Dina Higgins is a chef, but she doesn't do much cooking.

 

As the raw-food chef at the health-food store called In My Father's

Garden, at 10601 U.S. Highway 441, Higgins creates meals using raw,

organic, unprocessed vegan foods.
