Free Raw food demos at Alive Expo tomorrow (Sunday)

I'll be preparing raw recipes on the food demonstration stage at noon

and again at 5pm on Sunday at the Live Expo in Lynnwood. Admission is

free with a donation of two non-perishable food items for Northwest

Harvest. Cheryl Haynes and I will be at the Raw Washington information

table all day ... so be sure to stop by and say hello if you come.

Lynnwood Convention Center, 10am - 6pm.
