Guest guest
We do not need any products. We do not even need water. What we need is to learn how to brush and floss correctly ... to clean down to and along the entire gum line. To my knowledge, the widely circulated reports of RFs experiencing " teeth " problems all seem to originate along the gum line. These problems were present before the people became RFs, but on the SAD diet, their gums were sufficiently swollen to hide the problems. As with many things physical and emotional, switching to RF, and particularly for those who choose low-fat RF, the old " armor " disappears. In this case, the swelling diminishes and eventually vanishes, exposing whatever ails you ... like unprotected nerve tissue. The solution lies in simple, basic personal hygiene, healthful living (NOT just diet), patience, and faith. You will heal ... if you are willing. The key is that it must not have Glycerin in it (which is hard to find in stores) because it coats the teeth so they cannot re-enamalize. You can google this information.:::.>>>> Catherine PS Most toothpastes contain glycerin. <http://geo./serv?s=97359714/grpId=3344134/grpspId=1705129295/msgId =13131/stime=1225952898/nc1=3848641/nc2=4025338/nc3=5541754>
