Guest guest
It seems you don't know what an ad-homonym attack is. That is when you attack the person and NOT the issue. I have only dealt with aspects of issues, NOT personalities. Your response is devoid of ANY correction, apology, etc. for FALSEY accusing me. I am NOT going to back down from things I believe in regardless of the response. Apparently some people don't read/understand what I have stated since they bring up issues I have already answered forcing me to respond AGAIN! Nobody is trying to proseltize to you, brow beat you or cram anything down your throat. Please consider examing yourself as to why you think that. Again, you even end with an ad-homonym attack. Make it a blessed week! On Behalf Of Christina Bertges Monday, November 03, 2008 9:13 AM RE: Respnding to Bren/Christina Attacks?? YOU are the one on the attack! You attack anyone that does not agree with you. I'm not trying to attack anyone. I'm just sick of reading all of your proselytizing! I am not the only person here that has asked you guys to please take your antagonistic, rant filled diatribe to another forum. Everyone else appears to be reasonable enough to respect that, and just let it go. However it seems as if you are so self involved that your only agenda is to make sure that you repeatedly prove your point. Okay...WE GET IT! We all definitely know your position on this subject and there is really NO NEED to repeatedly brow beat us with your version of the truth. I'm going to guess that most of us came to this group to get positive reinforcement and support of their raw foods lifestyle, and NOT to have someone else try and cram their morals and beliefs down our throats. Most everyone on the list is already convinced of the propriety of eating raw and taking assiduous care of their health. Once you have approached a few of those terminally ill who are so racked with pain that they would rather die (especially those who are so incapacitated that they couldn't even do the deed by themselves), and have convinced them that a raw diet is going to turn everything around, then you could come back to the list and relate to everyone the details of how you were successful not only in convincing them to change their unhealthy lifestyle, but also of how their health was restored in time to save them within the expected short time they still had available to them. Success is the best argument. Guest guest
Honey, I realize what an ad-homonym attack is. (By the way, you spelled it wrong.) It's just that I have no opinion with the issue, therefore no reason to attack it. My annoyance is with my inbox being constantly flooded with posts that have little if anything to do with raw foods. Therefore, the " attack " was directed at you, and anyone else that would simply not let it go...not the issue. Sure, you can say that I should just , but why should I have to? I'm here for things that are directly related to raw foods, nothing more. As we all should be. --- On Mon, 11/3/08, health <health wrote: health <health RE: Respnding to Bren/Christina #2 Monday, November 3, 2008, 10:09 AM It seems you don't know what an ad-homonym attack is. Guest guest
Oops, I spelled it wrong, too. Look, can we just make peace on this issue? I'll bet you that you're a wonderful person, and if I met you in person I'd think that you were great. The internet is strange that way. I'm sorry to have upset you.
