3 rooms available in amazing raw/vegetarian house

Good morning,

 

Two of us from the raw foods community are interested in moving into

this amazing 5 bedroom home overlooking Lake Washington and the Burk

Gilman Trail (follow the link for details/pictures), and are looking

for potential housemates.

The rent per person will be less than $500, and utilities (electric

and water/sewer) should be quite low. The house has 2 big kitchens, 3

bathrooms, two living/common areas, w/d, and a formal dining room. The

outside covered deck is amazing! This will be THE raw gathering house

on the Seattle-side. It is secluded in a quiet, woodsy area at the end

of a dead-end drive, while at the same time being close to town near

145th and Lake City Way. There is nearby access to the lake, so may be

a great opportunity for kayaking (though I haven't seen the access

yet.) It should be available by mid-November and because the price is

so reasonable, we might have to decide very quickly so as to secure it

before someone else does!
