Guest guest
One of the best skin " lotions " for me is the clear gel of the aloe vera plant. I knew it was good for cuts and bruises but did not use it much until I paid to have a " live blood cell analysis " .? It was shocking that after 5 years of raw food that I still had a leaky gut.? Victoria Boutenko and Gabrielle Chavez were encouraging me to eat the plant but I was skeptical. I finally did learn to eat it plain, even on an empty stomach (best for healing).? Now I use it daily as a shaving cream. The gel is water soluble yet greasy.? With some patience and rubbing it can be fully absorbed into the affected area and the hands. I grow my own leaves but I understand some ethnic (Mexican) markets carry them also. Bill
Guest guest
Hi Bill, Other than that someone told you so, I'm curious as to why you believe that you still had leaky gut? What led you to believe this diagnosis? I mean, for example, did you experience any symptoms at that time? Were these reminiscent of older symptoms from before you went raw? That sort of thing, if you wouldn't mind sharing a bit.
