Hello again Raw Washington,

 

We now have four people from the community working together to secure a raw

friendly house. Currently we are looking at an amazing 5 bedroom house

overlooking Lake Washington and the Burk Gilman Trail (see link below for

details/pictures) , and are looking for one more potential housemate.

The rent per person will be less than $500, and utilities (electric and

water/sewer) should be quite low. The house has 2 big kitchens, 3 bathrooms, two

living/common areas, and a formal dining room. The outside covered deck is

amazing! This will be THE raw gathering house on the Seattle-side. It is

secluded in a quiet, woodsy area at the end of a dead-end drive, while at the

same time being close to town near 145th and Lake City Way. It is available

November 1st, and because the price is so reasonable, we might have to decide

very, very quickly so as not to lose it, however, we will continue to look at

houses until the right one is chosen - so please contact us if this is of
