I want to bring in items that would be useful to you, at least, things that you'd *really* like to get if you're here in Seattle. I wil lhave to be able to meet supplier minimums, so I can't necessarily get 1 item from one company, 1 item from another, etc. Also, I do not have cooler space, just shelf space, so the items would have to be shelf-stable. So, my question for you . what are the Top 5 items you would buy here at Sidecar if we had them? It can be raw ingredients, or finished products.
