Guest guest
The motor of my Vitamix Super 5000 stopped working (I think a spring inside broke, as I can hear something loose rattling), so I'm selling the two containers which I've used with it: the 64 oz for $45, and the 32 oz. size for $85. The 64 oz is several years old, but clean. The 32 oz has only been used about 6 months (for a picture of it see: https://secure.vitamix.com/acb/stores/4/32-oz9L-Wet-Blade-Eastman-Tritan-Copolye\ ster-container-w-lid-P22C15.aspx?UserID=1457172 & SessionID=9zTRw9dIapz9RDAz9mf3) .. I will give the motor base free to anyone who wants to send it in to the company and get it fixed, and include the manual and recipe book which comes with it. You can find info on the service the company provides at http://www.vitamix.com/household/service/service_5000.html - look for " Motor Base Alone Repair " . Guest guest
Hi Blanc, Joan here... I'm looking at the base of my Vita-Mix and this is all I see as far as model information: 120 VAC, 50-60 HZ AMPS 11.5 Model# VM0100A It looks just like my vitamix that is about 4 years old that I bought at Costco except it is labeled for Starbucks and has a timer dial on it in the middle. I'd be interested in the container either way as I can get the Starbucks container back from my sister and give her the one you have. Just give me a call when you get up on Saturday and let me know when you decide to go to Tom's and I'll just plan on meeting you there whatever time is best for you. If no one has claimed the base, I'll be happy to take it. Thanks so much!
