Guest guest
You might enjoy reading the book Raw Family, by the Boutenko family. It's their telling of their own transition to raw, as a family. It's thin, a very quick and enjoyable read. After that, there is more, of course. In the archive, a collection of excellent and free audio programs is listed in post #12125, with an additional program described in post #10038. Enjoy your new journey! How wonderful that you venture forward as a family, and not alone! Best regards, Elchanan _____ familygoingraw [familygoingraw] Thursday, July 10, 2008 12:58 PM Family with vegan toddler and babe goin raw We need any advice ya'll can offer on switching kids to a raw diet. Our kiddos are 18 mos and 3 years and are dairy and egg intolerant. Since we are already vegan and dont eat processed soy foods they wont have too much to miss just brown rice pasta and mashed potatoes. We were thinking of doing 80% 20% version. I am thinking a dehydrator is a must so they can have some gluten raw breads and cookies. Also maybe someone can reccomend the best Raw book available. Thank you sooo much for reading this and enjoy the sun. The Turner Family
