Hi, this is a request for help from anyone with information on raw

foods that promote/prevent estrogen production (or mimic?).

The theory is that fibroids increase in size when women consume foods

that produce/stimulate estrogen (and the other culprit being

xenoestrogens from chemicals in our everyday lives: shampoo, skincare

etc...). Reduce the estrogens (xeno and natural) and shrink the

fibroid....

Is anyone aware of curing fibroids through going Raw and/or information

on foods to avoid or seek out (progesterone enhancing?).

I've heard that flax seeds/oil is a key ingredient.

Thanks for your input and experience (in advance!).

Hi,

I would try nettles. they have an affinity for healing that region of

the body.

Right now, nettles are going to seed and you can harvest the seeds and

eat them/put them in granola etc..

but when you see a young nettle plant, harvest it and you can put it

in green smoothies (no sting!). young plants taste better. it is

late in the nettle season for finding young plants but not impossible.

you can also dry nettles and sprinkle them on salads, mix them in

ground spice-nut/seed toppings.

or take them in capsules.

Fibroids are in the 2nd chakra. the pyschology to look at in your

life is regarding passion, creativity and joy.

Questions to ask yourself-meditate on.....what are you passionate

about? do you have creative space in your life?

are you holding in anger?

emotions not expressed will become illness in our bodies.

this area is where women tend to hold anger.

do you practice yoga? or other movement therapies?

it would be good to start doing so. Walking 30 mins a day would be

helpful too.

and yes, avoid SOY.

I hope this helps.
