This edition seems to be a good wrap up of many common newbie raw foodist questions from a teleconference he did. My hair has phases of falling out. It seems to do so less when I eat more protein/rich greens (not raw, even animal). But is there a raw food nutrient/hair product I can give to my hair/body to stop this? 2. My joints hurt from overuse at exercise, dance etc. I'm trying to work up so I can be on my feet all day but sometimes I have to stop my workouts because the pain in my joints is so much. The only supplement people recommend for this is fish oil.
