Also, just my opinion, but I think raw coconut oil rubbed on the skin after bathing is great for any body stiffness. Good luck! Peace on earth. My joints hurt from overuse at exercise, dance etc. I'm trying to work up so I can be on my feet all day but sometimes I have to stop my workouts because the pain in my joints is so much. The only supplement people recommend for this is fish oil.
