Hi Maggie,

Happy summer. Try Hu shu Wu tea for the hair, also magnesium oil rubbed into

the scalp, and lots of MSM for your joints. Also, just my opinion, but I think

raw coconut oil rubbed on the skin after bathing is great for any body

stiffness. Good luck!

Peace on earth.

A list of common questions answered by Roger Haeske

I don't know how many are already d to this guys' newsletter or

what people know about him.

This edition seems to be a good wrap up of many common newbie raw foodist

questions from a teleconference he did. I know that awhile ago someone was

asking for new information.

I also have two personal questions about dietary/holistic in general

questions:

1. My hair has phases of falling out. It seems to do so less when I eat more

protein/rich greens (not raw, even animal). But is there a raw food

nutrient/hair product I can give to my hair/body to stop this?

2. My joints hurt from overuse at exercise, dance etc. I'm trying to work up

so I can be on my feet all day but sometimes I have to stop my workouts

because the pain in my joints is so much. The only supplement people

recommend for this is fish oil.

Thank you!

Hi Maggie,

Have you checked your B12 levels? A deficiency could be causing joint pain.
