Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I love Artisana's coconut butter, but the question came up from a friend. What's the difference between coconut oil and coconut butter? Is it merely the temperature and it being liquid versus solid? Or does the butter mean it has coconut meat solids in it? If it has the meat solids in it, does it have the same benefits as using pure oil? I've tried three kinds of pure virgin 76-degree organic coconut oil and truly gag and almost lose it. Artisana, I love, and treat myself a few times a week with a spoonful. Does anyone know of a pure coconut oil that tastes good?
