Guest guest
Hello! I have been raw (100%) for 2 1/2 years and have for the most part felt pretty great. But about 4 days ago I noticed a little cluster of red bumps (3 spider bite sized ones) on my hip. By the second day another little cluster appeared on my hip and my the skin on my whole hip felt as if it had been sunburned- sensitive to touch. A new little cluster has appeared every day, and the sensitivity continues. Only on my left side. They are not particularly itchy- more sensitive. I've had joint pain in my left hip as well for 17 years and the pain seems to be hightened by this brakeout (I am 33 yrs old). I don't think its hives. The only thing that sounds like it has similar symptoms is shingles- though my bumps have not turned into blisters thus far.... Very confused:( I'm going to check it out at the doctor- but I prefer a holistic/ no drug approach to healing. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks so much!!
