Guest guest
Erinn: I need to warn you.? I have heard of many cases where people start down the road of alternative nutrition for health and panic and go the " disease management group " and end up having some surgery or worse result. Trust is important.? One interesting story was a woman started eating raw and then had a : " symtom " ? the doctor recommended surgery.? Fortunately she mentioned this to a childhood friend that she trusted.? The friend recommended the appropriate " natural solution " and she avoid surgery and she even went back to her doctor to show the doctor some of the results. I recommend you choose between free natural nutrition advice like this list and/or free? " disease management " advice maybe go to a local medical school and ask one of the first year students.... JUST KIDDING.but hopefully you see my point. Or go to a couple of natural health professionals like Dr. Fred Bisci and/or a couple of MD's or Nd's or all three.? You are worth it Best of health to you. Bill Milmoe PS I have been studying Raw foods for 7 years now and it is very complex and we are all unique.? Water fasting, juice feasting, juicing, parasite cleanses mono eating, more greens etc. are all helpful -- which one is appropriate for you?? I have no idea -- neither will anyone else until they spend some time with you.? To learn more about you and your current situation. Hello! I have been raw (100%) for 2 1/2 years and have for the most part felt pretty great. But about 4 days ago I noticed a little cluster of red bumps (3 spider bite sized ones) on my hip. By the second day another little cluster appeared on my hip and my the skin on my whole hip felt as if it had been sunburned- sensitive to touch. A new little cluster has appeared every day, and the sensitivity continues. Only on my left side. They are not particularly itchy- more sensitive. I've had joint pain in my left hip as well for 17 years and the pain seems to be hightened by this brakeout (I am 33 yrs old). I don't think its hives. The only thing that sounds like it has similar symptoms is shingles- though my bumps have not turned into blisters thus far.... Very confused:( I'm going to check it out at the doctor- but I prefer a holistic/ no drug approach to healing. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks so much!!
