Getting a raw deal

Scott Everson likes his food under cooked.

 

Way under cooked.

 

For the last four years, Everson has been keeping his food from the

flame and eating a raw food diet.

 

And participation in the ultra-vegetarian diet is growing.

 

Everson is the director of Raw Denver, a group of similar taste-budded

metro residents that have been gathering for a while to trade recipes

and keep each other from the cooktops.
