Guest guest
I started eating mostly raw three weeks ago, did great for two weeks, and then slowly 'not so good foods' ended up being eaten. I'm not cooking just for myself, but also for three kids. I've ran into many challenges, but one main one being taste factor - what tastes good to me does not always go over well with the kids. Although, I did hit a superb one, a walnut-almond-raisin cookie... everyone who's tried it so far asks for the recipe. The other challenge is running out of ideas on what to fix. Today I printed off more recipes to file to begin going through and trying. I'd really like to find a buddy who is also starting along this path of more wholesome eating, to share recipes, support, and challenges with. Is there anyone out there? Someone who kids also, would be an extra bonus but not manditory. I sure do feel much better when I eat this way, and the kids also appear much more peaceful also. Thanks, Susan
