Rooms: One master bedroom with cathedral ceilings, walk in closet, wrap around deck with large windows and french doors that go out onto deck. Great for keeping plants or sungazing out on deck. Deck has view of mountains. One room is the middle bedroom next to bathroom with cathedral ceilings, walk in closet and brightly painted yellow walls with window that overlooks large yard and trees. House: Is in the Greenwood area of Seattle. House is a raw house with some raw equipment, use of food processor, vita-mix, and other raw equipment. House is used for potlucks and game nights. House has large back deck and gazebo with a hot tub, as well as a sauna, and large open kitchen. Has front deck with porch swing, eco-saving washer and dryer and space to garden. House is very close to bus lines and in a very convenient location. Seeking: Raw or vegan heading towards raw. Must be responsible and motivated (not lazy tv watching couch potato). Male or female enviornmentally aware and laid back and friendly for this eco-friendly house. Pets: House has one cat and may consider one more cat. No dogs. Rent: Master bedroom is $650.00 Middle bedroom is $550.00 First month only plus deposit of $100.00 ($50.00 non-refundable). House is a month to month, no lease. Available: April 1st.
