I religiously do the Victoria's green drink first thing in the morning despite the freezing weather outside. Anyhow, I've experienced two things (less hunger and craving for sweets) and I would like to hear from others their experiences. I don't read much. I acknowledge that I have been feeling less hungry than when I was a strictly meat and heated processed foods non-vegetable eater. I find this less hungry thing quite exciting. Good for the food budget. I acknowledge that when I don't eat right (like have a slice of bread), I quickly thereafter have a sugar craving. This pattern is readily reproducible.
