Amy Heinz didn't set out to be a raw foodist, but curiosity got the

best of her. Her friend Sheree Clark, a raw vegan chef, tempted her

with fruity desserts topped with almond milk ice cream, dehydrated

flax seed crackers and fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

 

The sales pitch wasn't too hard. Clark claims she has more energy,

needs less sleep, has more patience and is more open spiritually now

that she eats a raw vegan diet.
