Looking for male or female, to share with one raw female. Raw equipment in house includes; vita-mix, dehydrator, food processor, and spiralizer. Rooms: One room available is the master bedroom. It has a huge walk-in-closet, a wrap around deck to sun bathe, cathedral ceilings, and lots of large windows with lots of light and french doors out to the deck. Next to bathroom. This room is $650 + 1/3rd utilities. Mid-size room available can be used as an office or a bedroom. This also has a walk-in-closet, cathedral ceilings, bright yellow walls with a window overlooking the Olympic mountains. This room is also next to the bathroom. This room is $600 + 1/3 utilities, unless there are only 2 people in the house and then it is ½ utilities. Utilities run between $50-100 per month. House: Has a sauna, hot tub, large family room with TV, basic cable, and DVD, large yard, 3 decks, gazebo, and lots of garden space, washer/dryer. This is an eco-friendly home. We compost, recycle, and tread lightly! This house hosts raw/vegan events, such as potlucks and game nights, so it is fun living here! Pets: House has one cat that is mostly an outdoor cat. Will consider one other cat. Available March 1st. Also will consider April 1st as a move in date. Looking for environmentally conscious raw/vegan folks who are down to earth, laid back, and responsible. This is a month to month situation.
