Guest guest
Hello Raw Food Community, I just wanted to let you all know about a great raw food class I attended over the weekend. This isn't meant to be an advertisement, but I felt that it would be a good idea to share what a great experience I had in case there were others who feel they might benefit as well. The class was a Living on Live Food class taught by Cherie who lives in Olympia. It only took me 40 min. to get there from Seattle, even in questionable weather. I've been raw for about 2 years and don't consider myself to be a beginner in raw food preparation (in fact I have paid to do it for someone else), and I didn't know what to expect from this class. I had no idea how helpful and fun it would be for me. I left feeling inspired, nurtured and like I had just given myself a big present. Cherie's class was professional but also intimate and relaxed. I took the first level class and although this class would be an excellent resource for people new to raw, it was also very beneficial for someone like me who as been raw for several years. Well worth the investment. I really appreciated Cheri's efficient but gentle demeanor. She was knowledgeable and also very personable and generous. Very easy to converse with and great at answering all my questions. AND, (a point not to be underestimated), all the food was without exception, excellent. Here is a link to her web page for anyone who might be looking for this kind of experience. http://www.eatlivingfood.com/ Very Best!
