Larabar coming to 7-Eleven

This press release announces, among other things, that LÄRABAR is

coming to 7-Eleven, Inc. While it may not be an ideal food, it may put

raw snacks into thousands of additional stores around the US alone. 7-

Eleven has over 30,000 stores worldwide. A good move on their part as

these bars can be eaten by vegetarians, vegans, raw foodists, and

those eating Kosher!

Jeff,

That is (relatively) good news. I travel frequently with the family (I'm

car-free for my own trips) and when we can't stop at a grocer for real food

I end up getting energy bars at the quickie marts. Until now ratty bits of

produce have been the only thing even marginally attractive. LaraBars are a

big step up.

 

Ideally, of course, raw/ripe/fresh/organic produce would replace the

candy/munchy space.
