Since adopting the raw food lifestyle - consuming only uncooked and unprocessed foods - Clark has jettisoned a chronic illness and says she feels better at age 52 than she did a decade ago. Clark's move from vegetarian to raw vegan was so positive that she enrolled in the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California to become a certified vegan raw chef and instructor.
