Chef Matt says around " 6-ish " . They'll have samples, as well as specials. I asked if they had a closing time for Saturday or " whenever " . Matt said whenever. They'll see how things go. I suggested, if things will go late, cacao smoothies would keep people going. It sounds like they are considering that!
