Are people afraid of the truth or losing money? Or afraid of change? Anyway, I still like to see how people react to raw foods, etc. Please consider offering your comments (post right online). You’re better off drinking a glass of water, says an expert. Trendy regimes like detox diets are a complete waste of time, according to government scientist Dr Andrew Wadge. He claimed the best way to beat the bulge is to drink water, take exercise and eat home-cooked food. Dr Wadge, of the Food Standards Agency, said hard work and traditional low-fat recipes are the best way to slim down. He said: “There’s a lot of nonsense talked about ‘detoxing’ and most people seem to forget we are born with a built-in detox mechanism.
