high brix carrots anyone???

Here's a carrot grower that produced very nice juicing carrots this

year. He also had the highest yield yet this year. Next year, we know

the brix levels will be higher. I just bought a 25 lb bag that had 73

carrots in it. Many of their bags have 50 or less carrots in them.

Even the core is sweet.
