Guest guest
I think this is very true, Americans should go back to eating whole live food. The fact is that a lot of Americans want convenience and aren't ready to transition to a whole live food diet of mostly fruits and vegetables. I believe that there are some things that have many beneficial qualities to the body like Spirulina and Wheat grass, and Blue green algae, and exotic fruits like Noni that you just can't go out and harvest yourself. I think whole live supplements like that can benefit a raw diet of fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Guest guest
There are many comments at the end of that article. It's interesting to read what people think about supplementation, and some have posted links to other sites which either sell 'good' supplements (Life Extension Foundation) or programs (The Feingold program) to get people off the foods which have artificial additives in them. But neither of these go all the way to seeing the problems which will still remain even with what they offer towards health, even if these are an " improvement " .
