Guest guest
Hi Helen, I'm glad to hear about the improvements you've experienced since you started eating raw. That the manufacturers of this product call it " living " is testament to how even the line between life and death can be blurred by a clever sales pitch. Imo, products like " The Feast " are just an extension of the pill-popping mentality. Physiologically, they're really not " better than nothing " . If a person is insistent on eating junk, the only way a product like The Feast can help them is if they use it to replace some of the junk they eat. That's not what typically happens, however. Most people take these products *in addition to* the junky foods they eat. In which case, they're just creating more pollution in their bodies. That's not to say that products of this type can't occupy an important role in a person's transition to a healthy diet, however. Sometimes when people begin a habit that they perceive as " healthy " (even though it may actually not be, or not optimally so), it inspires them to also do other things that really do lead to good health. So, for the psychological kickstart they can provide, even questionable products and practices are potentially valuable. People who aspire to reach their full health potential find that it is necessary to give these things up eventually, however. The people I know who have reached that pinnacle (and whose behaviors I try to emulate), do not supplement or engage with regularity in any transitional or questionable practices. It takes most people many years to move away from all the crutches that we must use in transition (I still have a few to discard myself!), however. The trick seems to be finding the balance between complacency and diligence. Regards, Nora www.RawSchool.com
Guest guest
I began taking " The Feast " by URI 6 days ago. I get a great energy boost and increased focus shortly after taking it. This isn't a sugar or caffeine high and there's no crash afterwards. I also take " Vitamineral Green " and " Raw Power " and find them to very beneficial to my overall energy level. Of course these aren't a replacement for a healthy diet and I don't eat less fruits and veggies because I take these products. However, I feel great after using these products, and they contain many important antioxidants and enzymes, so I don't see anything wrong with taking them.
