Come mid-January, a line of 34 entrees, snacks and desserts will roll out into the " grab and go " sections of 30 or 40 markets, starting with Whole Foods, Klein says. All are made from raw ingredients that haven't been heated above 118 degrees, the point at which some believe enzymes begin to break down.
