Hi Heidi,

Sounds so wonderful!!!

Using Nutridiary when you start is such a helpful thing to do. All you need

is a VERY CHEAPO food scale, postal scale, anything that weighs in ounces or

grams and can hold at least a few pounds of weight. Accurate measurements

are important, otherwise the results can be way off.

Best,

Elchanan

Transitioning to 80-10-10

Thank you all for the wonderful questions and discussion on Dr. Graham's

80-10-10 plan. I am currently reading his book, and just today started

transitioning to the program. I decided to start by using his " Sample "

menus at the end of the book. I love that they are broken into seasons!

That makes so much sense. Last night, doing my shopping it was so much fun

to buy fruits " in season, " and it's forcing me to try things I've never

tried before, such as figs (I've had fig newtons, but never real figs).

This a.m. breakfast was 1.5 pounds of black grapes, and lunch is 1 pound of

bananas with fig sauce. I'm very excited about trying the program. I also

logged on to nutridiary.com and started my log. Dr. Graham recommends this

site for tracking your food consumption, and it does all the work of

figuring out the percentages.

Again, thanks all for sharing your experiences! I so appreciate all this

help.

Heidi
