For Eastside discussion group attendees -- please read

Hi everyone,

If I hadn't been so sleep deprived and dog-distracted last night I would have

thought to get everyone's email address! I hope everyone enjoyed the

discussion. We had such a good turnout that I think a change of venue is in

order. Shar Lee in Redmond has volunteered her place, and she says she can seat

14 comfortably. Her address is: 7250 Old Redmond Road, #D113. It would be

nice to RSVP again if you're planning to attend. Please call Shar directly at

425-885-0698. So to recap, the next meeting on September 9, 7-8:30 pm, will be

at Shar's place in Redmond.

 

Also I should mention to the people who bought plums last night that these were

not the same ones I mentioned yesterday in my post to the list. These were

picked from an orchard in the Yakima Valley a couple weeks ago. They are

unsprayed but not officially organic. I'm not sure what they're called but they

are meatier than the Duartes and they have the light colored flesh too. Let

them get very dark and soft before eating.

 

Could everyone who came last night and who is intending to keep attending the
