Guest guest
If the cooking of food materials causes more denaturing of the food molecules than pasteurization does, and according to the study below pasteurization of food causes chronic disease problems, then doesn't this study even more strongly support the position that cooked food causes health problems? I haven't read the study, so I can't say for sure exactly what it says, but just taking the top level general statement that pasteurization causes health problems seems to provide some proof of the validity of raw food diets for the people who say there isn't any scientific proof. Did I miss something here? Has somebody on this list read the complete article about the study? Normally I'd read something like this but I just can't deal with it this week, and didn't want to let this question fall through the cracks. May your day be filled with clarity, grace, progress, and warm laughter, Roger - " Elchanan " <Elchanan Thursday, August 23, 2007 11:21 AM RE: Reply from Chairman of Almond Board Just FYI, it's MUCH easier at times to find articles by the first author listed. In this case, Helen Vlassaca is the last.
