I get down to Tacoma for work once in a while. I have been doing much

better with my diet the last few months, since I committed to low fat raw

vegan. I found Doug Graham’s book The 80/10/10 Diet to be very helpful.

Maybe you can help me get back on track with guitar. I was just looking for

online blues guitar lessons when your email showed up.

A Little Help in Tacoma?

 

 

 

Howdy Group! My name is Hugh. I live in Tacoma, WA, USA. I am

looking for another person in this area who may want a raw buddy. I

have a giving spirit, but I really need the benefits of having

another person in my life (prefer a male) to be held accountable in

my raw diet persuits.

 

Three years ago, I was 95% raw for 6 straight months and felt better

than I ever have in my life. Then slowly I started to fall off the

wagon to the point I am now which is a 5% raw, SAD diet. Every day I

wake up thinking about the benefits I would reap if I were raw but

there's something in my brain that's just not clicking. I haven't

been able to do it alone and will not be able to unless something in

my head changes. This missing " click " is spilling over into other

life aspirations as well. I'm not sure what's going on.

 

Is there anyone in my area who would like to come along side a fallen

raw warrior and lend a hand? I'd love to meet face-to-face with

someone in my area but, if need be, internet connection may help as

well. I am male, 46 years, married, gentle in spirit, and enjoy a

lot of different activities such as motorcycling, running, bicycling

(road and mountain), and guitar-playing.

Hi Hugh, My husband and I live in Tacoma and we have been trying to

go raw for some time, we were also 95% raw last year. Maybe we

could help each other out, I'm told that I make a good raw pizza!
