I have heard Gabriel Cousens talk about removing the stems and stocks especially

for those with sensitive digestions and to eat mostly the tender parts of the

plants . To much ruffage and hard to digest....? I think that is what he was

reffering to . There may be other reasons.

Guess these would be good items for juicers which leave the fiber

strands behind.
