We are pleased to announce two special Raw Dinner Nights at Cafe Flora!

Dear Raw Community and Allies,

Seattle's #1 vegetarian restaurant, Cafe Flora, has asked us to help

spread the word about two special raw dinner nights they are hosting

this month! Cafe Flora is really interested in seeing how popular raw

dinners would be at their restaurant, because they are considering

adding raw to their menu on a more regular basis. If you'd like to see

this happen, please support Cafe Flora on Friday, July 20 and/or

Saturday, July 21.

The Atrium Garden Prix Fixe is a new addition to the Cafe Flora

experience. This $45 course prix-fixe meal features organic produce from

local Washington Farms. The Atrium Garden Prix-Fixe elevates the farm

to table experience. The produce for this meal is handpicked or hand

crafted from a variety of local farms, creameries, and mushroom foragers

and selected by us at the farmers market. Reservations will be accepted

for this meal and are highly recommended as space is limited

To make a reservation either call 206-325-9100 or e-mail

reservations <reservations .

Menu Description for Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21:

1st Course: Flax crackers layered with macadamia nut cheese topped with

an herb salad in a blueberry lime sauce.

2nd course: Fig and plum salad with shaved fennel in a vanilla white

carrot juice dressing.

3rd Course: Zucchini pasta with heirloom tomato marinara and pinenut

parmesan with marinated seasonal vegetables and avocado cream.

4th course: A series of raw fresh fruit tartlets in a pecan crust with

date pastry creme and vanilla ice cream.

Location:

2901 E Madison St

Seattle, WA

This is very cool, but if I support this than I can't join the network, and

I think I'd rather do that...

However, I wish there were some other way to start supporting this going

mainstream around Seattle that didn't involve that much time or money.

Let me know if there's little things I can do in the meantime.

Loved Victoria. Thank you sooo much for putting that on!

Happy 4th!
