Hi Monika,

Thanks for this invitation! I'm contemplating buying ad space but I had a

couple questions. I thought I'd ask them here in case others were wondering

too. Firstly, will the guide be published annually starting in 2007? And,

where and how will it be distributed? Will it be a free publication?
