Not only is it a raw-food vegetarian meal, it is also vegan. Louanne Hedberg and her husband, Paul, were hosts for the last event on May 15 (the group usually meets the fourth Tuesday of the month, and recently a smaller group meets the second Thursday). For raw food, " foods are not cooked above 112 degrees, or it kills enzymes, " said Mrs. Hedberg.
