[Raw Washington] OT: A request for your support

Hi everyone,

 

It's been a pleasure being a member of this list, reading about all things

relevant to the raw food lifestyle. Now, if you have a moment, I'd like to share

some news of a more personal nature.

I've been doing graphic design for friends and family for several years, and I'm

thinking about going pro. I entered the Art Institute Online's $10,000

scholarship contest to see if maybe I could get a scholarship to update my

skills and be more marketable. The judges are choosing from among the most

popular entries to choose who gets the the scholarship. The most poular entries

think my design is worthy! Action Man is a portrait of my brother-in-law, Dean,

that I sketched by hand on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and scanned into

photoshop to colorize. The logo I created in CorelDraw. What do you think?
